A field records system for a beekeeping operation in Yucatán: every hive, inspection and treatment recorded on site, even without signal.
Every hive inspection captured in the field, offline, and reviewed before it counts.
One permanent record per colony, from its first inspection to a split or a loss, ready for good practice reports and audits.

RH SIRA (Sistema Integral de Registro Apícola) is being built for the beekeeping operation of Rancho Herradores in Yucatán. Apiaries sit in rural areas with little or no coverage, so records have to survive days offline. SIRA gives every hive a permanent identity and lets technicians capture inspections, photos and health issues offline, then sync them for a supervisor to review.
Apiaries are spread across rural areas with little or no signal. Inspections, treatments and losses are hard to record consistently, hives change boxes and locations, and good beekeeping practice reports mean reconstructing months of work after the fact.
Build offline-first. Technicians unlock a field mode on their phone with a PIN, scan the QR label on each hive and record inspections, photos and incidents without a connection. Back in range, the work syncs with a receipt, and a supervisor reviews it before it becomes part of the official record.
The core is working: apiaries, colonies with permanent identifiers and genealogy, exterior and interior inspections on configurable schedules, health cases and treatments, inventory, tasks, printable QR labels and a Good Beekeeping Practices report that exports to PDF and Excel. Field testing on Android phones is the current phase.
